BECOME A MISS CONTESTANT

Gaining experience through interviews, public speaking, talent, promoting your community service project and social media promotion will benefit each contestant as they compete in the Miss Delaware Scholarship Organization.  

  • To become a Miss Delaware contestant, you must qualify to compete in the Miss Delaware Competition held annually.

    HOW TO ENTER:

    Step One: Register with Miss America! Click HERE.

    Step Two: Please send an email to Howard Gordon, to let him know that you have registered with MAO!

    ​Each contestant must have a Community Service Initiative that they will advocate during their year of service.

  • To become a participant, you must:

    Be no older than 28 on September 30, 2027, and no younger than 18 on Sept 1, 2027.

    Be a United States citizen

    Be a female

    Must fulfill ONE of the following residency requirements:

    • Must reside in Delaware,

    • Or be enrolled in and physically attending classes on a full-time basis at an accredited college or university in Delaware,

    • Or be employed on a full-time basis in the state of Delaware.
